Greg Hewlett passed away on January 17th after nearly eight years of battling colon cancer. While we grieve his loss, we are comforted to know that he is with his Lord.

Praise be to God, Greg. Know that even when you're not able to post updates, your brothers and sisters in here are constantly in prayer.
I find that to be pretty unbelieavable. I am really stunned. Thanks for the news. Almost every word you write humbles and encourages me. I imagine my personal encouragement is not what explains or pays the cost of your suffering, but I hope it adds one more drop of meaning into this ocean of God's purposes for us - most of which we've yet to see and all of which is beyond everything we can think or imagine.

Thanks for the great news. Of all the emails I get I read yours first. I am going to be in Dallas for Thanksgiving from the 20 to the 29th. If you are anywhere we might meet, I will come to have the honor to meet you in person. Your strength, courage and faith are an inspiration to me. Keep fighting the good fight. I am praying for you.
