Some pics
I've been having wi-fi troubles and have not been able to post pictures. Until this morning. Here are a couple.
Here is my traditional picture of the "first walk". It was taken on Friday night.
Early today, when this bustling institution was still quiet, I awoke and took my early walk. One of my favorite places to walk is this big atrium down on the second floor. It is full of plants and trees and, of course, the Starbucks coffee bar. The Park, as they call it, has outdoor furniture, so you feel like you've escaped the hospital. A good place for peace and thinking.

Great pictures! Thanks for keeping us informed and may the Lord continue to bless and keep you!

Greg, there should be a hospital gown fashion show. and you should be one of the models, strutting down the runway... with your aluminium leg, and one hand wheeling your IV hook along. And you would get to the end of the runway and turn to walk back, and you would be mooning everybody. that would be so great.
Dahling, you look Mavelous! A picture is worth a 1000 words. You don't look like a man who just had major lung surgery. But a picture can't capture all the thoughts and emotions of the heart, nor all the pain and joy of experience. We continue to pray for you and Christine!
I loved the pictures. You look just like your Dad. We are thrilled everything went as expected. Hope Christine is doing better. Willeyne
