Greg Hewlett passed away on January 17th after nearly eight years of battling colon cancer. While we grieve his loss, we are comforted to know that he is with his Lord.

Where's the problem?

The surgery will be on the left hilar lymph node and the little lung nodule on the left. (the two scans on the right of this overall image)
By the way, I hacked these images from the clinic computer, gmailing them to myself, from the screen in the little waiting room while I awaited the nurse to return. Don't tell anyone.

Recently I have been encouraged significantly by the 4 verses in Isaiah 42:1-4. I studied those verse in Chinese, so what I quote is going paraphrased. No one else fits the description of Jesus Christ our Lord than those verses, so I take it to be God speaking about His own son. The phrases that impressed me the most is: He does not get weary or discoraged, until he establishes justice to the natures.
He never got weary in the heart and nor discouraged in his soul. He was sure of his final victory. May he keep you very safe, and protect you every step of the way.

I just got back in the country after traveling to India. I want to wish all the best from Kentucky.
I too have convinced my surgeons to do a second liver resection and adrenalectomy. I will follow you into surgery on the 16th. My philosophy is anytime they can go remove something go for it!
