Two hearts
Christine snuggled up to me on the hospital bed as we awaited the chemo bag to be emptied and we prayed. Her love sustains me. Late last night, I wrote this...
Two hearts broken
Curled together on the chemo bed
Nothing to hold but each other.
The poison to drip
Man versus demon
Oh, but that the serum
Would as ruthless be
As the silent alien inside.
We pray.
Jesus weeps.
We wait,
Daring to hope.
Christine and I.
Two hearts broken
Curled together on the chemo bed
Nothing to hold but each other.
The poison to drip
Man versus demon
Oh, but that the serum
Would as ruthless be
As the silent alien inside.
We pray.
Jesus weeps.
We wait,
Daring to hope.
Christine and I.

Moving words.
Greg,
Thank you for sharing your heart with us. You two are sooo special to me and to so many! It is such a blessing to see how you minister to one another, clinging to God's promises, and to witness some of the ways God is working in your lives. You are continually in my prayers. I love you both. - Susan
God bless you both. We're glad to hear things are going relatively well. Alex likes your new diet and thinks "no vegetables" sounds like a great idea. You're continually in our thoughts and prayers. May God hold you in the palm of His hand. Love and hugs - Erin, Mike, and Alex
Greg and Christine, we love you both. Our church has been praying for you two.
When we are in the midst of chaos ;isn't it awesome how He comforts us? And to give us someone to love us "and to " comfort us."
God is so good!!
We love you both Honey and continue to pray for you.
Dan and Syd
