Lots of Pain
The epidural is not working and Greg is in a lot of pain. They are taking it out and putting in a new one.
Christine has arrived in Houston. She also is in a lot of pain and her medicines don't seem to be helping.
Please pray that the Lord will take away both Greg's and Christine's pain so they can rest.

Mark, thanks for the updates. Greg and Christine, our prayers are with both of you tonight.
We're praying as well, that both of you, Greg and Christine, will get some relief and rest.
Uh, yeah, Hewlett's in some pain. We'll take a look at him in practice this week. Hard to say...we're also checking with the league office to see what they say about the play. It's a physical game, we all know that, no getting around it. Yeah, we're hoping for the best. We'll know by Sunday.
Thought you'd like to experience a typically non-descript cryptic Bill Belicheck version of your injury report. Hang in there man.
I wanted to encourage you this morning.. that our God hears all our prayers.. It says in Psalm 43:5 that we are to "...hope in God; for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God."
My faith joined in prayer for you today, is believing that .. By the mighty power in Jesus name.. that any lingering pain you are experiencing this morning will pass now and that you will fully recover.
I also join my faith and believe because our Lord has put a hedge of protection around you, that you don't have to worry.. but instead you can lean back and rest in our Savior's very capable arms.
"Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord." Psalm 150:6
"The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower." Psalm 18:1
Praise the Lord.. "It is the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh Him." Lam 3:22-25
I know you've sought our Lord and have waited upon Him.. your continual hope in Him, is a mighty testimony! Thank you for being awesome!
Greg and Christine, as I know for sure that you trust always in God's strength, care and provision, please know that I am praying especially hard this w/e for each of you. PTL for getting thru this difficult surgery and that Christine made it safely to Houston so you can be a support for each other. Know that many dear family and friends are praying for you.
