Chemo delay
I reported Wednesday for my chemotherapy, but due to being sick, they would not give it to me. I caught a bug over the holidays. They just didn't want to risk it - as a person with respiratory infection (what I have), if I were to get this chemo, the pressure on the immune system could put me at risk for pnemonia. I wanted the chemo, thinking I was mostly over the bug. Good thing I did not, because the symptoms have increased the past couple days. They re-scheduled the next round for Monday.
So the plan now is to rest over the weekend and try to get rid of this sickness... so I can get sick again from the chemo on Monday.

Greg, I am so sorry about the delay. It is hard to choke down. So you know I completely understand because during Christmas holiday I had pneumonia however still received my chemo on 12/27 because my lungs had cleared enough and blood count was just on the line as a go for treatment. Monday for you will be here before you know it! I pray for healing and keep your spirits up. Know that so many are pulling for you including me and my family keep you daily in our thoughts. 2008 will be a BETTER year! Your friend, Dawn

Greg- I am sorry that we infected you. Mia is still struggling with the infection. I hope you get better quicker than her. Take care of yourself. It was great to see you.
Greg, I am sorry for the delay but sometimes things work out for the best so in your case I know you'll receive it better on Monday. Hang in there and I know 2008 will be better. Love to you and your family. Willeyne

Greg & Christine, We are praying for both of you, and we love you. May the Lord strengthen you and help you and cause His grace to abound to you and give you the victory.
